Your Instagram export

The checker reads the ZIP or JSON you choose inside a browser worker. It does not upload the export, filenames, usernames, searches or results. It does not connect to Instagram, request a password, fetch profile pictures or automatically unfollow anyone. Results stay in tab memory. Close or reload the tab to clear them.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics is optional. The Google tag loads only after you choose Allow analytics.

Google Analytics loads only after you choose Allow analytics. Choosing No thanks leaves it off. You can turn it off later in Analytics settings. Previous requests cannot be recalled, and requests already in flight may finish. The checker works without analytics.

After consent, Google also creates basic page, session and first-visit events. The allowed checker usage events are guide opens and steps, official help clicks, successful file selection, analysis start/completion/cancellation, fixed error categories, search used (without the search), and next/previous page clicks. Completion time uses broad time bands. No event includes your files, filenames, usernames, account hashes, query, relationship lists or result counts.

Measurement runs in a separate sandboxed frame which cannot read the checker’s page or inputs. Page location is a fixed public address, without query strings or fragments. No advertising features, enhanced measurement, session replay or user ID are intended. This isolates measurement from your export; it is not an encrypted vault.

After consent, Google receives ordinary network details such as IP address and browser information. Session cookies may be created on the separate measurement host after consent. They last for the browser session and are removed when analytics is turned off. Google’s own processing is described in Google’s Privacy Policy. Returning-user identification and attribution are limited by the isolated frame.

Purchases

Purchasing is not open in this release. The planned Cleanup Pass costs $2.99 once for 30 days without automatic renewal. When activated, Lemon Squeezy will host checkout and process payment information. A receipt license key will be sent only to our verification endpoint and Lemon Squeezy to restore access. No Instagram data is included. A necessary secure cookie will remember the restored purchase on this device; Clear pass from this device will remove it. Purchase records are separate from Instagram exports.

Storage and hosting

Your analytics choice is stored in this browser. If analytics is enabled and you consent, session cookies may also be created on the separate measurement host. Export data is never stored in localStorage or IndexedDB. Clearing this site’s browser storage also clears that choice.

Cloudflare serves the public site and receives normal hosting request information, such as IP address and requested public path. Keep personal information out of the page URL. The checker never places export information in URLs or sends it to the host. There are no ads or account sign-ups.

About the result

A result reflects the export you selected, not live Instagram activity. It cannot prove an unfollow event or explain missing accounts. The export date may be unknown. This independent tool is not affiliated with Instagram or Meta. Use it for your own account and only if you are an adult.
